what a great 2012.. leaving us behind. what comes next is a treasure for us

so what does 2013 means for me..?

i dunno.. sometimes i think i'm a planner who love to plan for my life. do this and do that.. but overall it's just a rough plan that accidentally works.

i'm thankful for all that i have and achieved so far.. Allah knows what is best for me.

and this year i just want to finish my study.. wrap up my master and start working again.

after that will start planning for my personal life - married and having children.. and then will pursue my phd before i turn 40 hehs but of course any of these plan will change accordingly

when personal turns into public

'pump milk.. bla bla bla alhamdulillah hope boleh breast freeding sampai 2 years bla bla bla' etc..

'married couple posting inappropriate things on fb..' you live in the same house same room why fb lagi plus what's with all the pics..?!!

this 2 scenarios.. geeez people, FACEBOOK is not your diary for god's sake. stop posting your personal life on fb.. seriously it's getting crazier nowadays

i love to befriend with all of you but maybe somehow along the way you forgot that fb is a social networking not your personal-life-networking duuuh

worse things ever.. post a picture of the breast milks in the container. are you ouuutta your mind..!!

i do understand you want to share your joys with your loved/closed ones but think.. think.. and THINK again if it's appropriate enough to go public. you can always use privacy setting at each post tho.. i would highly appreciate if you use that button heh

and don't even get me started with the one who post his/her baby pics every single hour..!! oh god why

please let this be the reminder for all of us

tiramisu (ladyfingers)

let me share with you the easiest tiramisu recipe.. ngeh thanks izazu. last week berjaya buat my first tiramisu and it's damn lecker =D

Bahan2:

3 biji telur (nak yg puteh je)
3/4 cawan gula
1 bungkus biskut Ladyfingers
200g schlagsahne (oh dalam malay pebenda eh) --> okay dah tau whipped cream
500g mascarpone cheese
Sedikit serbuk koko

Sediakan nescafe + air panas yang pekat untuk tujuan soaking dan juga untuk dimasukkan ke dalam kek


Cara2:

1. Pukul puteh telur dengan gula sehingga sebati.
2. Dalam bekas berasingan pukul whipped cream sehingga dia naik dan bertukar menjadi macam likat - den pun xtau cmne nak describe
3. Kemudian masukkan mascarpone cheese ke dalam bekas whipped cream. Mix hingga sebati (guna manual/tangan je yang ni yea sebab whipped tu dah cukup kena pukul dah)
4. Masukkan puteh telur/gula ke dalam acuan tadi.
5. Mix lagi perlahan2 sambil memasukkan nescafe pekat tadi sedikit demi sedikit sehingga cukup rasa kopi dalam tiramisu tersebut.
6. Okaaaaay dah siap so now masa untuk susun2 beskut dalam bekas. Mulakan layer bawah dengan acuan tiramisu kemudian susun2 lah beskut ladyfingers itu di atas dengan kreatifnya.

*sebelum menyapukan layer cream yang baru.. soak kan biskut itu dengan nescafe pekat tadi (tujuan untuk lembutkan beskut tersebut). Cara soaking dia - ambil nescafe dengan sudu dan ratakan di bahagian atas beskut tersebut.

7. Ulangi dengan layer cream/beskut/cream dan seterusnya.
8. Make sure layer atas adalah cream yea dan biarkan semalam dalam peti sejuk.
9. Last but not least letak serbuk koko di atas nya macam gmba saya ni hehs


Porbably susah nak bayang step yang soak beskut dengan nescafe tu kot.. nanti next time saya buat.. saya amik gmba eh ^^

my type of guy

lülz.. recently met lots of my good friends. yela hangout makan hangout lagi makan lagi. dang i'm getting fatter -___-'

and menariknya semua kalau jumpa berkisar pasal soalan yang sama.. jodoh. i'm not going to deny the fact that i'm still looking for the right guy.. hahs ramai je kawan tapi the right person..?!! -> geez susah nya

my sengal friends even asked me a stupid question.. 'weh dont u wanna get married..?' ouch it goes directly to the bottom of my heart. giler ape..!! of course laa i wanna get married.. having my own child (which later i wanna trained them to be athletes.. $$) heheee

besar kot pahala kahwin ni.. tu yang den kejar. sunnah nabi pula tuu ;) tapi sebenarnya itu fitrah manusia la kan.. ingin mencintai dan dicintai. okay macam pelik je kalau nak explain more on this.

to be short and clear.. i really like the first few weeks when you're trying to know each other. i would say that was the best moment ever.. and every single things happen within that time is very the sweeeetzzz right..? hehs so value your time and your partner. bercinta biar ke syurga =)

p/s: ouh okay still tak update what type of guy yang i suka =P well just be yourself.. the rest will come naturally. i remember someone said to me.. 'i may have a list of 13 criteria. or maybe up to 100. but it could only be not more than just a list. faham? hehe.. a list is a list. doesnt mean i hav to obey it' - totally right ^^
